Itis the Autonomic Logistics Information System(ALIS) that gives F-35 Lightning II operators theability to plan, to maintain, to plan and sustainits systems over the life of the air vehicle. ALISprovides the IT backbone and capabilities tosupport current and future Warfighters acrossthe U.S. and allied military services.As critical members of the F35 Operations Team,all ALIS administrators must be able to: Obtain and maintain Special Access Programclearance required for program access This is an operational support role to activefighter units. Administrators must be willing andable to travel for militarydeployments/detachments (ship and/or shore)for extended periods of time dependent uponoperational needs. Capable of working various shift hours toinclude weekends to support customer missionrequirements. Candidates offered a position may be requiredto complete a pre-employment medical examthat is designed to ensure capability to deploywith our military customer, which may be toaustere environments with limited access tomedical care.A Day in the Life:As an ALIS Administrator with our F-35 ALISteam partnering with our customer, you will wearmany hats, system admin duties, datamanagement duties, network admin duties andmission planning admin duties. ALISAdministrators are generally the first point ofcontact for customer inquiries, field anyquestions and/or concern and troubleshoot anyreported problems. You will be assigned tasks inmostBasic Qualifications :Basic qualifications (BQ’s) are theminimum requirements for a candidate tobe considered for a position, 3 to 5 BQsare most effective.ALIS administrative roles to further develop yourskills and increase capabilities within the ALISadministrator role. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leaderPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $82,200 - $157,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible.Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $94,500 - $178,000.
