HR Generalist

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist in the Professional Services industry. Located in San Diego, California, the HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the team with various tasks and ensuring smooth HR operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen understanding of HR practices.Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination. Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters. Assist in the administration of benefits, payroll, and compliance-related tasks. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Utilize various systems and tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, and Employee Relations. Requirements Experience in the Professional Services industry Prior experience as an HR Generalist or similar role Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software Knowledge of About Time software Ability to manage Benefit Functions Experience in Compensation Administration Knowledge of Compliance regulations and procedures Strong skills in Employee Relations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
