4G/5G Testing Engineer with Modem & IMS

Job Title: Junior 4G/5G Telephony Test EngineerLocation: California & San Diego, CaliforniaEmployment Type: Contract (C2C/W2)Responsibilities:Test & debug Android telephony features (voice, data, messaging, eSIM, IMS, RCS, 5G).Analyze logs (Android, RIL, modem) & debug issues.Understand 4G/5G protocols (LTE, 5G NR, VoLTE, Wi-Fi Calling).Develop & execute test plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams.Generate weekly reports.Requirements:Experience in Android telephony testing & debugging.Strong understanding of Android architecture.Expertise in log analysis.Knowledge of 4G/5G protocols.Familiarity with Android carrier configs.Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.Preferred:Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Python, Robot Framework).Knowledge of IMS & RCS technologies.Experience with eSIM technologies.
