Job Title: Financial AnalystJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to provide revenue and customer data analysis, manage distributor data and agreements, and develop new reporting tools. This role involves regular reporting, reconciliation, and the preparation of payments. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on special projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Responsibilities

Provide revenue and customer data trend analysis through regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly).

Analyze distributor data, agreements, and rebate requests for accuracy, prepare payments, and resolve discrepancies.

Develop new reporting and analytical tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of monitoring distribution partners.

Perform calculations, analysis, payment preparation, and reconciliation for various partner incentive programs.

Maintain tools and reports used for calculations and monitoring distributor inventory positions monthly.

Reconcile discrepancies in distributor inventory positions as needed.

Participate in the resolution of issues and identify process improvement opportunities.

Perform other special projects as assigned.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in financial and/or strategic analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, or finance.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to distill large amounts of data and translate analysis into compelling presentations.

High level of accuracy in all work.

Ability to identify and resolve errors or discrepancies independently.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Self-starter with the ability to work with little direction.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.

Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.

Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The role involves working in an office environment, utilizing various software tools and technologies to perform daily tasks.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
