Finance Manager

Description Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Financial Accounting Manager for a 3-4 month fully remote engagement. The ideal candidate will be proficient in budgeting and forecasting and financial modeling. Additionally, the right candidate will help with process improvement and restructuring of the accounting/finance department.Responsibilities: Assist with the preparing of the annual budgets and monthly reforecasting Financial modeling KPIs analysis on different key drivers of business Cost analysis for different lines of business Monthly Cash forecastingAssist accounting department when necessaryRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred. Proven experience in accounting management roles Finance, preferably in a consulting capacity. Proficiency in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis. Strong understanding of recurring journal entries, revenue, accrual accounting, and account reconciliation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
