Description We are in search of a Dispatcher who will join our team located in San Diego, California, 92128, United States. This role encompasses the provision of support to our sales team, maintaining a high level of customer communication, and carrying out various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide diligent support to the sales team by managing customer inquiries and ensuring timely response. Utilize strong computer and database skills to manage and update customer information. Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel for creating and printing work orders. Maintain proactive communication with customers through phone calls, ensuring comfort and efficiency in customer interaction. Demonstrate ability to adapt to various tasks and maintain a positive attitude towards the workload. Exhibit resilience in a family-owned business environment and a keen interest in maintaining a busy work schedule. Draw upon any experience in industries such as plumbing, HVAC, windows, or similar business models. Display excellent communication skills in handling customer inquiries and providing information.
