Discovery Paralegal

Description Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique plaintiff personal injury firm based in San Diego to find a remote, part-time, discovery paralegal to join their team. This candidate can sit anywhere in the United States. The managing partner is seeking a candidate that can start immediately on a contract basis.Responsibilities: Manage all phases of discovery for plaintiff personal injury cases, including but not limited to document collection, organization, and review. Prepare, file, and send discovery requests such as interrogatories, requests for production of documents, and requests for admissions. Review and summarize medical records, accident reports, and other relevant documents. Draft responses to discovery requests, ensuring all deadlines are met and that the responses are complete and accurate. Maintain case files, including electronic case management systems. Draft Meet and Confer Letters. Completing separate statements.
