Description Our client, a reputable company in a non-profit organization, is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to support customers and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assist customers with product information, order status, and service inquiries.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Contribute to a positive team environment and support team members as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer service software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.

Bilingual abilities are a plus.
