Description We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

Collaborate with the accounting team and provide support during audits.

Handle any other related tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; professional certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus.
