Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Benefits Administrator to manage and oversee employee benefits programs. This role ensures the effective administration of benefits, compliance with regulations, and excellent employee support. The ideal candidate has a strong background in benefits administration, outstanding organizational skills, and a commitment to providing a positive employee experience.Key Responsibilities:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other perks.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate benefits records and manage data in HRIS systems.
Coordinate with vendors and providers to resolve issues and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including ACA, ERISA, and COBRA.
Assist with benefits-related communications, such as open enrollment and employee education sessions.
Support audits and reporting requirements related to benefits programs.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in benefits administration or HR.
Strong understanding of benefits compliance requirements and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
High level of attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
