With a portfolio of diverse properties, we are committed to delivering outstanding experiences for both our residents and property owners.Job Description:We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of assigned properties and ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of property management.Responsibilities:

Assist in the leasing process, including conducting property tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.

Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including scheduling vendors, conducting property inspections, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and requests, and strive to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Assist with rent collection, invoicing, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and property standards.

Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, including tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Collaborate with the Property Manager to develop and implement strategies to maximize property occupancy and revenue.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in property management or related field preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
