You will provide administrative support to our property management team, assist with tenant relations, and help maintain efficient office procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the commercial real estate industry and contribute to the success of our company.Responsibilities:

Assist property managers with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and property inspections.

Prepare lease agreements, contracts, and other documents as needed.

Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate maintenance requests.

Maintain accurate records of property-related documents and files.

Assist in the preparation of property budgets and financial reports.

Conduct research and gather data on market trends and property values.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in commercial property management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of real estate and property management principles is a plus.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
