Description About the PositionWe are on the hunt for a precise, accomplished, and bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist in San Marcos. This position involves a significant amount of time dedicated to tasks such as invoicing, collecting payments, liaising with customers, creating reports, maintaining various financial records, and other related tasks. Invoicing: Generate and send out invoices, and follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
Record Maintenance: Provide accurate entry and upkeep of customer data in the company database.
Financial Reporting: Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status on a regular basis.
Liaising: Resolve client-billing problems and rescue accounts receivable status.
Debt Recovery: Contact customers to pursue unpaid or disputed amounts.
Account Reconciliation: Monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payments, and irregularities.
Compliance Verification: Verify the validity of account discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
Communication: Collaborate with the sales team and maintain clear lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Fluent in English and a second language.
Proven working experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
Strong understanding of basic accounting and accounts receivable principles.
Detail-orientated and the ability to spot numerical errors.
Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
