Accounting Clerk

Description We are in need of an Accounting Clerk in San Diego, California. This role involves managing financial records, processing payments, and maintaining accurate data records within a dynamic team. This is a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry.Responsibilities: Accurate data entry for financial transactions Regularly match invoices and purchase orders Conduct weekly check runs for payment processing Efficiently distribute, collect, and process corporate credit card expense reports Reconcile and replenish petty cash regularly Assist in the monthly and end-year close procedures Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and account reconciliation Handle accounts payable (AP) and bi-monthly payroll processing.
