Familiar with Commercial Building Management Systems. Computer knowledge to monitor, assess and adjust Building Management Systems which include Air Conditioning, Electrical and Plumbing Systems. Understanding of Building Management Systems including Fire Alarm Systems, Building Controls, Air Conditioning Systems, Plumbing Systems and Electrical Systems.
· Able to perform all property tasks including Interior and Exterior Finishes, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical and Air Conditioning maintenance and repairs.
· Review and address maintenance issue with Property Managers and Maintenance Personnel. Provide scheduling assistance of maintenance and personnel.
· Assist with Supervision of all Property Maintenance Personnel. Available on-call during Off-Hours.
· Assist manager, track and forecast Maintenance Budgets.
· Able to use all tools and equipment required.
· Conform to required work hours. Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays as required.
· Clean/Clear CA Driver License for temporary use of Company vehicles.
· Represent Maintenance Company at all times and conform to Company Confidentiality.
· Acceptance of Background Check by Insurance Company as required.
