Home improvement design and build company looking to add a new Draftsperson / Architect to our team.
This is an immediate, full time position.
This position is in-office, 35- 40 hours a week
Job description:
Home visits / measurements
Prepare 2D cad designs
Prepare documents to engineering
Run permits and approvals in the city
Prepare cads to basic 3D
experience in Revit is a must!

We only work in the North County, our office is located in Carlsbad
Starting pay- $28 per hour
