A Montessori Home Daycare is looking for a friendly, reliable, enthusiastic native spanish speaker person who wants to grow with our team for the next school year 2024-2025.
The job includes supervising and leading a small toddler group (6 children) following the Montessori philosophy. These activities will be indoors/outdoors .
The responsibilities include:
-Develop a creative Montessori curriculum
-Prepare lesson plans, reports and communication with parents regularly
- Employ diverse educational techniques
- Use Positive Discipline
- Help and supervise children at nap time
- Organize snack and lunch.
-Work well with others
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom and playground (cleaning, disinfecting, mopping, sweeping, dusting, washing dishes, etc.)
- Supervising and assessing children’s well-being
- Guide and help children during the potty learning process.
You must have a love for children and work well with others with good work ethics.
The full time position would be Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm or 8:00- 5:30 pm.
Our daycare is an in- home daycare serving the professional community of North Park area.

Must:
- Excelente conocimiento de la lengua española , hablado y escrito.
- Have legal documents to work in the United States
- Pass the background check, proof of immunizations, negative TB test
- Hold a Pediatric CPR training

- Knowing the Montessori philosophy
-Having a Montessori diploma/training
- Having experience in a Montessori school
