Tutors? Teachers? Grad Students?
Small tutoring/learning center and cognitive training center (and private school) looking to hire 2 additional staff to be trained in our cognitive training programs and oversee the one-on-one education. (Weekday 9-4, Weekday evenings 3-7pm and Saturdays availability preferred)
During COVID - we are looking for in-person services. which will require that you are aware of your safety measures and abide by our safety protocols. and we are very particular in order to keep everyone safe!
Full vaccination is a requirement at date of hire.

Qualifications needed? A desire to learn and a professional presence with good communication skills.

Some applicants have experience in ABA, learning disabilities, tutoring, working with kids
. but ALL candidates must have an interest in the psychology of how people learn!
This will be THE most rewarding work you ever do!
Availability needed:
1. Weekdays 9a-5p? - best to be regular daily even if part of those hours
2. Weekday evenings (3:00-7:00pm) are a possibility if a client needs?
3. Saturdays (8:00ish - 4:00ish) preferred.
4. Some combination of above options over time
Part-time. with option of full-time probable! What are you looking for? We NEED part-time people. we cannot guarantee you 40 hours/week but we can tell you that if you are good. then you will get a lot of hours!
We are looking for quick learners who want to make a real difference for students who struggle. You will gain the benefit of this highly sought after training and get paid for it!
Training includes what you need to provide specialized one-to-one instruction for students with learning and attention challenges. It's most easily explained as "tutoring" but it is much more. We train our people in programs that improve working memory, processing speed, attention and focus skills, auditory processing skills and specialized reading and learning programs. This is a real opportunity to learn a LOT about how people learn and support students and their families through tough times.
Interest, experience, or education in teaching, tutoring, psychology, child development, speech/language, special education or compatible field is a PLUS but not a requirement.
Must love learning, working with people, and being a part of a team.
