AIM Independent Living is an agency that believes in empowering and motivating individuals with an intellectual disability. Our goal is to advocate and encourage our clients to be as independent as possible. We are advocates that assist individuals in all areas of their lives such as medical, parenting, budgeting, and assisting them with accessing and maintaining their resources. We encourage and guide our clients to live a healthy, safe, and happy lifestyle. AIM takes pride on the services provided to these individuals on a daily basis. Currently have part time and full time positions starting at $17 per hour. Starting pay may very depending on experience, though No experience is necessary as we provide all the necessary training and tools you will need to succeed in this position.
Your position responsibility:
Scheduling and attending needed appointment with your clients.
Maintain a caseload of 3 to 6 clients at a time.
Completing all needed paperwork on the daily basis.
Maintain and update all clients information as needed.
Have a great oral and written communication with other agencies.
Must be able to work alone and as a team player at all time.
Applicant must:
Have a dependable vehicle.
Clean driving record.
Be a generally fun positive person.
Have a high school diploma or a GED.
