Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Excellent Phone and Customer Service Skills
Good Typing & Computer Skills
Programs used are ACT!, Word, Excel, Publisher, & PIC Systems
Neat Handwriting
Must Be Detail Oriented and Have Good Organizational Skills
Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment with Demanding Clients
It Gets Hectic! Must Have the Ability to Work Under Deadlines/Pressure and Stay Focused and On Task
Good with Logistics – Familiar with San Diego Country traffic patterns
Heavy Data Entry of Client Information / Notes / Activities
Assist with General Office Duties, Filing, Organization, Cleaning, Updating
Follow up with Clients / Customer Service / Client Relations
Wages DOE
Full Time, M – F, 8 am – 5 pm / 1 hr Lunch, Some Saturdays 10 am – 3 pm
