We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy, detail-oriented individual to handle incoming calls, emails, general service and sales calls, data entry and light office duties.
The position would start as a Part-Time roll from 8-12:30 Monday through Friday with the option of converting to a Full-Time role as your experience and knowledge expands.
We are a premium leathergoods manufacturer and online retailer since 1981. We employee a small team of (14) in manufacturing, sales and admin. The position will be handling customer requests, orders and general office and administrative duties. Looking for an upbeat and positive person with flexibility and a great attitude.
Must have excellent communication skills (phone & email), computer proficient, including google docs and basic email platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good oral and written communication, organization skills, and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers
- Phone & general customer service experience a plus
