JANITOR/LIMPIEZA - FULL TIME
Monday - Saturday (8 hours shift)
5:30 am - 2:30 pm
L&M Dealer Solutions is looking to hire an experienced janitor. In this role, you will perform various maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the building looking perfect. You should have basic maintenance knowledge and extensive cleaning experience.
Janitor Responsibilities:
General cleaning of the building and maintaining it in good condition.
Sweep and mop floors.
Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
Disinfect all doorknobs and handrails
Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
Keep outdoor tables clean and neat.
Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
Collect and dispose of trash.
Sweep outdoor facility if needed
Take initiative without needing constant direction.
Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
Janitor Requirements:
Ability to manage your time efficiently.
Work well when supervisors are not present.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Handle basic cleaning and other janitorial work.
Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
Able to use essential cleaning equipment.
Able to take direction and remain consistent
