We are currently hiring for full-time bilingual immigration shelter support staff for a local non-profit organization! Industry experience is not required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Help check-in new clients at the immigration hotel
- Give tours of the facility to all new clients
- Assist clients with filling out paperwork
- Provide resources to clients to help get all necessary paperwork and applications completed
- Schedule and print air/bus/train travel for clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year of customer service experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred, other languages ok)
- Passion and interest in non-profit industry
SHIFT OPTIONS:
Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 5pm
Sunday to Thursday 1pm to 10pm
LOCATION: onsite
PAY: $21/hr
