Duties
Receive and respond to incoming customer service requests
Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to job sites
Monitor field staff via GPS or scheduling software
Prioritize service calls based on urgency, location, and technician availability
Maintain communication with technicians throughout the day
Provide updates and timelines to customers regarding service appointments
Record work orders, update service records, and input data into dispatch software
Coordinate with the parts department for needed materials
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
