Unique Oceanfront hotel is seeking Both full and part time Guest Service Agents for our beautiful 58 room ocean front hotel in Oceanside, CA. We are looking to hire fun energetic, outgoing candidates to join our team!
Guest Service Agents "Available positions are for 2nd shift/PM shifts only".
ALSO HIRING ROOM ATTENDANT'S AND HOUSEMEN-Start wage $16.75 to $17 (after 3months)
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible to promote a courteous and professional image to all potential and eventual guests of the hotel. Performing tasks related to resolving guests complaints and concerns. Being proficient in all operating systems such as PBX and HMS systems. Being proficient in taking reservations , guest check in and check out in accordance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and safety and security. To maintain maximum occupancy and profitability for the property.
Must be able to multi task by being able to answer phones and check guests in or out at the same time.
Must be available weekends and holidays.
