This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, customer service, and outdoor & rv living. Job duties include:Booking, editing, and managing reservations in the reservation system. Facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs for guests. Coordinating housekeeping schedules and tasks. Collaborating with the maintenance team for grounds upkeep and repairs. Providing exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously. Managing incoming phone calls and emails professionally. Processing payments and handling invoicing efficiently.
