As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first line of contact for valued
customers, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience. You will answer questions,
troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance on our products, services, and policies.
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries across various channels,including
phone,email,chat.
Leverage your knowledge of products and services to provide accurate
and timely support.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Track and meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction
(CSAT) targets.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer support.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in customer support or service,ideally in the hospitality,retail,or
food service industry.
Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
Strong communication skills,both written and verbal.
Ability to manage a high volume of inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms (Zendesk) and
ERP platforms (Netsuite) is a plus.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
