As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first line of contact for valued

customers, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience. You will answer questions,

troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance on our products, services, and policies.

 Respond to and resolve customer inquiries across various channels,including

phone,email,chat.

 Leverage your knowledge of products and services to provide accurate

and timely support.

 Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve complex customer issues.

 Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

 Track and meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction

(CSAT) targets.

 Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer support.

Qualifications:

 2-4 years of experience in customer support or service,ideally in the hospitality,retail,or

food service industry.

 Experience in a call center environment is a plus.

 Strong communication skills,both written and verbal.

 Ability to manage a high volume of inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms (Zendesk) and

ERP platforms (Netsuite) is a plus.

 Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
