State-wide service industry company is seeking to fulfill an entry level part time receptionist position.
We are looking for self-sufficient, motivated individuals with great attention to detail, and desire to succeed in a high pace environment. If people usually love you and you get along with others well, we want you on our team!
Primarily, the main objective will be to accept inbound calls, schedule appointments, and dispatch of service technicians. But also not limited to daily administrative office duties such as payment processing, billing, faxing invoices, mailing work orders, technician support, etc.
Some experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to professionally develop the right individuals.
