Looking for an Enthusiastic, Friendly, Mature, Customer Service / Enrollment Counselor for an established Mission Valley Vocational Adult School.
Must be able to Counsel potential Students with confidence and Enroll them in monthly professional Classes. Must Explain School and Student procedures on incoming Calls and Visits, and make regular Reminder Calls in response to Customer inquiries (no cold calling required). Must keep potential Student Leads organized and updated as their needs change. Must be able to Counsel and Explain qualifications and procedures in person to Enroll incoming Students.
Need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision after being trained in School qualification protocols. Need to be Detail Oriented and able to Listen Carefully and Speak Clearly with potential Students and work well as part of an Existing Team. Must write Neatly, take Clear Notes, and be a Strong Communicator.
39 hour / week, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Monday thru Thursday), 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (Fridays) / Full Time position.
Comfortable working environment in secure Mission Valley office building. $22.00 per hour to start, will train thoroughly in required protocols.
2-3 years Customer Service required. Punctuality and daily dependability a must. Must have own car. Equal Opportunity Employer.
