We are seeking an onsite Customer Engagement Specialist for our San Diego corporate office to provide the following:
Customer support - Providing timely and effective assistance to customers via phone and email. This includes processing orders, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, or escalating complex problems to appropriate departments for resolution.
Building relationships - Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers. This involves proactive communication, active listening, and understanding customer needs to foster trust and loyalty.
Customer education and engagement - Educating customers about products or services to maximize their value and usage.
Customer satisfaction – Monitoring customer satisfaction levels by gathering feedback from customers through survey or direct communication. Analyze the feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Retention and up-selling - Developing strategies to retain existing customers and encourage repeat business. This may include offering promos/incentives or identifying up-selling opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.
