Looking for a part-time Resident Manager to oversee about 40 apartments across 2 properties in North Park. Position includes a 1-bedroom apartment (gated property, laundry, some parking, swimming pool).
Compensation:
- Around 20 hours per week
- Minimum wage + rent discount (usually equals free rent)
Requirements:
- Must live on-site
- Smartphone, printer/scanner, MS Word & Excel, Adobe/PDF
- Strong communication & people skills
- Flexible schedule (may include late-night emergencies)
- Must have another job or reliable income from another source (Please explain in your cover letter)
Preferred Experience:
- Customer service, retail, food service, hotels, or property management
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to stay positive under stress
