With a presence across Southern, Central, and Northern California, we specialize in same-day and next-day delivery of essential goods for clients in industries such as USPS, healthcare, biotech, legal, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and retail.
We are looking for a Route Supervisor to help lead our daily pick-up and delivery operations in San Diego County. This is a firsthand leadership opportunity for someone ready to coach a team, ensure top-tier service, and help drive our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help lead and motivate a team of delivery drivers and warehouse associates.
- Support daily operations to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time deliveries.
- Handle driver check-ins, route reconciliations, and daily documentation.
- Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and security standards.
- Support customer service and resolve delivery or operational issues.
- Train and mentor team members for performance and compliance
- Collaborate with leadership on key operational initiatives and projects.
- Monitor performance metrics and help achieve productivity and cost goals.
Qualifications:
2+ years of leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery operations.
Strong organizational, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Clear communication and an initiative-taking mindset.
Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Schedule:
Tuesday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Overtime Available)
Saturday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
