Hi, we have a vegan restaurant start up, we currently spend all our time in the kitchen but there is a lot to do to develop the business outside the kitchen. If this would work for someone's CV, it could be a win win. We have a lot of potential, great story, great branding, great menu etc. We are very marketable. We can provide an amazing addition to your CV and if we do a good job there's plenty of potential to turn it into a paid gig. We want someone who can look for opportunities for us, create connections, work with our design interns and marketing interns (UCSD and SDSU undergrads, I am also a lecturer at UCSD) and generally guide us in business development. Ideally you would be someone at graduate level or higher. If that sounds like you, we can't wait to hear from you.
