About the Role:
Turner Accountancy is expanding! We are looking for 1–2 detailed-oriented individuals to join our team. Whether you are a seasoned tax pro or someone with a head for numbers looking to start a new career, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with bookkeeping and data entry for small business clients.
Prepare individual and business tax returns (training provided).
Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with current tax laws.
Who We Are Looking For:
The Pro: You have 2+ years of experience with tax software (Drake/QB) and can hit the ground running.
The Learner: You have strong math and computer skills, you catch typos easily, and you are eager to learn a trade. We will train the right person.
Requirements:
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency with computers (Excel, Email, File Management).
Reliability during the busy season (Jan–April).
