Administrative Assistant – Wealth Management

Reppond Investments is an independent financial advisory firm located in Bigfork, Montana. We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our small team and further our mission of providing excellent financial services to our clients. The job will be fully remote. The position is 1099 independent contractor for 5-8 hours per week up to $50 per hour depending on experience.

In this role, you will act as the primary administrative assistant to the CEO and be responsible for areas listed below. While this role is part time, it is critical to the functioning of the business and handles a number of time sensitive projects. This is a role for someone who is operationally minded, detail oriented, and passionate about giving an exceptional customer experience working part-time from home.

Specific responsibilities include:

Providing administrative support to the investment advisor.

Coordinating the new client onboarding process.

Assisting clients with the application process for new accounts (IRAs, taxable accounts, annuities, etc.).

Handling client account maintenance requests, funds transfers and document requests.

Serving as a liaison between clients and custodians.

Sending and receiving documents to clients and investment custodians

Keep clients in compliance with state and federal regulations governing the investment industry.

Experience and Skills

3+ years of client service experience in the wealth management or financial industry.

Commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and a high degree of customer service.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google Suite.

Excellent communication skills, including prompt response times, proper grammar and punctuation.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes consistently.

Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Strong attention to detail.

Proficiency writing complex technical communication for clients, marketing, and other company documents.
