Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and brings a positive attitude to their work. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, assisting with scheduling, data entry, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. While prior construction knowledge is a plus, it is not required, and we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

-Answer and direct phone calls, providing excellent customer service

-Schedule appointments, meetings, and verify time clock entries for staff

-Order materials and supplies as needed

-Handle data entry, maintaining accurate records and files

-Assist with administrative tasks to support the construction team

-Provide general office support and contribute to a positive, collaborative office environment

Qualifications

-Proficiency with Microsoft 360 products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-Strong organizational and time-management skills

-A fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities

-Positive personality and strong communication skills

-Construction knowledge is a plus but not necessary; we will train the right candidate
