Express Employment Professionals has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Otay Mesa area. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization.
General Responsibilities:
Ensuring accurate recording of customer payments.
Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department.
Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales team, vendor agreements and contracts, customer service department, and from customers.
Experience working with “Big Box” customer accounts.
What we look for:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
Must have strong knowledge with General Ledger (debits/credits)
Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel: including VLOOKUP and PIVOT tables.
Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar software highly desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate:
$20.00/Hr. - 23.00/Hr. DOE
