Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in San Clemente, California for a Human Resources (HR) Manager. This role is critical in our company's expansion, as we are rapidly increasing our workforce and need an experienced professional to streamline our HR processes and systems. As an HR Manager, you will be working hands-on in our office, creating and filling new positions, and providing top-tier support to our growing team.Responsibilities: Establish and implement new HR systems and processes to accommodate our company's fast-paced growth Create new positions that align with our business needs and growth plans Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process to fill new positions promptly and effectively Collaborate with the executive team to understand our staffing needs and devise effective HR strategies Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems Ensure regulatory compliance pertaining to human resources Utilize HRMS tools for efficient management of HR activities Implement ADP Workforce Now and other relevant tools for better HR functionality Establish a positive, healthy, and safe work environment in accordance with all appropriate legislation and regulations. Requirements Must possess expertise in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Knowledge and experience of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required Familiarity with Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time is essential Must have the ability to handle Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration Should have a comprehensive understanding of Compliance in HR practices Needs to have strong capabilities in Employee Relations Demonstrable experience in HR management is a must Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Should have the ability to work in a team and lead when necessary Proficiency in HR-related software and tools is crucial Must have excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset Should have a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
