This role requires assessing patient status interpreting clinical data and addressing unique care requirements in alignment with established policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate total patient care delivering individualized care based on patient needs.

Assess and interpret data reflective of patient status to provide age-specific evidence-based care.

Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan.

Embody the Mission and Core Values of St. Bernardine Medical Center through professional conduct and high-quality care delivery.

Actively support the hospital’s strategic plan and participate in quality improvement and process enhancement initiatives.

Position is not currently able to support training RN's without 18 months of L&D Experience.

Current California Registered Nurse License

Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider

Advanced Cardiac Life Support- within first six months of employment into the position.

Neonatal Resuscitation- within first six months of employment into the position.

Basic Arrhythmia- within first six months of employment

Basic Fetal Monitoring within first six months of employment.
