Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Clin Admin Coord in the healthcare industry, specifically dealing with hospitals and social assistance. The role is based in San Bernardino, California, United States, where you will join a dynamic team of detail-oriented individuals.Responsibilities:Release of Information Efficiently processing customer credit applications with attention to detail. Maintaining accurate records of customer credit. Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action as needed. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations. Utilizing healthcare-specific systems such as HealthCare.gov and TRICARE effectively. Leveraging skills in R Code for data management and analysis. Coordinating with offshore teams as required. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Utilizing video technology for meetings and presentations.Requirements Possess comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, hospitals and social assistance. Proficient in using video conferencing tools for effective communication and coordination. Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, its features, navigation, and utilization in a healthcare setup. Ability to use R code for statistical computing and graphics in a healthcare environment. Experience in handling offshore teams, coordinating with them effectively for seamless operations. In-depth understanding of TRICARE, its benefits, and application in a healthcare setting. Familiarity with NIS (National (Nationwide) Inpatient Sample) and its application in healthcare data analysis. Excellent administrative skills, with an ability to manage and coordinate various tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization. A strong sense of ethics and responsibility towards patient care and confidentiality.
