This position plans coordinates and implements staff development continuing education orientation annual update and competency evaluation processes including remediation of staff. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of St. Bernardine Medical Center. Four years of nursing experience with demonstrated progressive teaching and communication skills OR five years of nursing experience with specialty certification AND Mastgers in progress
Master's degree in related field OR Master's degree in progress
Current valid California nursing License
NRP Instructor (Preferred)
AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring Advanced Certification (Preferred)
Labor and Delivery experience (Preferred)
BLS
Appropriate Specialty Certification.
