This involves designing and documenting applications around approved solutions. Review and analyze system specifications
Identify one or more technical solutions and be able to discuss with clients; creating a solid technical solution based on best practices
Conduct post-release/post-deployment testing
Execute test casts (manual or automated) based on business requirements/technical specifications and analyze results; help trouble shot/reproduce bugs and errors as well as log and communicate issues
Develop and maintain working knowledge and documentation of deployment and version control methodologies
Analyze the impact of defects, bugs errors, configuration issues and interoperability issues on existing test cases
Communicate timely on any client issues and help identify the core issue(s); communicate to clients with open tickets to provide daily status on progress
Document and communicate estimated timeframes and scope for fixes to clients
Collaborate with team to design, develop and maintain all development
Communicate with the engineering leader on demo and client application set up time requirements; set up clients with templated internal applications from the AppExchange
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years relevant development experience with minimum 3 years Salesforce experience; Consulting experience preferred
Salesforce Platform Developer certification (Dev 201) required; Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer desired
Experience with AWS, Heroku, MongoDB and/or Google Firebase products
MuleSoft development and Marketing Cloud development experience preferred
Ability to learn new systems and technical solutions
Analytical and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint) and Google Apps
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
