Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in Salinas, California for a Human Resources (HR) Manager. This role is within the HR industry and will involve managing HR functions, processing payroll, and working alongside the HR Director. The HR Manager will be responsible for maintaining a harmonious work environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.Responsibilities: Oversee HR functions and work in collaboration with the HR Director Accurately process payroll using HRIS software Monitor employees' time off and manage related processes Maintain accurate records of employees and their details Utilize ADP for financial services and workforce management Manage hiring processes and ensure they comply with industry standards Maintain strong employee relations and resolve any issues promptly Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures Utilize Ceridian and HCM for various HR functions Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role is required Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian and HCM systems Knowledge of Benefit Functions within a Human Resources context Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Strong understanding of Compliance in a Human Resources setting Proven ability to manage Employee Relations Experience in Hiring Processes and recruitment strategies Proficiency in ADP - Payroll systems Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred Strong decision-making skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
