Ace in the Hole Towing is a fast growing company with locations in Roseville, Rancho Cordova and Sacramento. We are looking for full time tow truck operators who are professional, have a healthy focus and understanding of safety principles, highly motivated, work well with others and understand the value of good customer service. Ace in the Hole Towing is looking for both flatbed and auto loader drivers. Experience preferred but not a must, we will provide training to the right candidates.
Applicants must:
Have a healthy respect and understanding of safety principles
Be 25 years of age or older
Have a valid CA drivers license with a clean driving record
Be able to pass a DOJ background check
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Have critical thinking skills
Have basic reading, writing and comprehension skills
Be able to take direction from dispatchers and management
Be willing to sometimes work unusual hours (respond to calls early mornings)
Compensation:
DOE Hourly plus Commission
Monthly performance incentive program
Quarterly bonus evaluation program
Ace in the Hole Towing pays for all required certification courses
