Service Advisor Position Available at Maita Subaru
The Maita Subaru Service Department is looking for an experienced Service Advisor.
Qualified candidates must possess strong customer service and communication skills. Integrity, reliability, and positivity are some of the traits we are looking for in our Advisors. Prior dealership level Service Advisor experience is a plus.

Compensation:
The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Base Hourly Compensation of at least $16.50/hr. This position includes monthly bonus compensation which is based on closed sales achieved without any upper limit other than sales performance. Additional Bonus pay is available to advisors with qualifying customer service survey scores received through the Subaru Owner Loyalty Program (OLP).
Typical Advisor pay range: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.

This is a full-time, in-person, position. Rotating weekends schedule. 10 hour normal shifts.
