The Opportunity

As a Delivery Driver, this new team member will be the key person that reliably delivers products to local kitchens in Sacramento, the Bay Area and surrounding locations. The Delivery Driver is someone who enjoys working with a high-energy team, thrives in the details, and enjoys sharing ideas and finding success in collaboration.

Our Compensation and Benefits show how much we value our team:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Full-time hourly position, 4- 10-hour days + regular opportunities for overtime

Job Duties:

Pack and load orders accurately from warehouse inventory.

Drive safely to various delivery locations throughout Sacramento, the Bay Area and surrounding locations.

Deliver products to kitchens efficiently and on time and provide in-person customer service to chefs and kitchen staff.

Coordinate and execute local pick-ups and drop offs of products.

Perform regular vehicle inspections to maintain vehicle health.

Assist in organization of warehouse inventory (oftentimes using a forklift).

Assist in general warehouse maintenance and cleaning.

Assist the Warehouse Lead in monitoring inventory.

Assist in fulfilling orders for products sold through our online platform.

Regularly collaborate with the CEO, COO, and Operations Manager to ensure efficiency, provide quality experience for customers, and identify opportunities for growth.

Education / Experience Requirements:

Experience delivery driving preferred.

2+ years’ experience in a business setting (preferably managing a warehouse and/or inventory and providing customer service).

Able to lift up to 50 lbs at a time and get in/out of a delivery vehicle quickly throughout the day to transport products.

2 years’ experience driving a 16-18 ft box truck safely and perform basic vehicle inspection for regular maintenance.

Willingness to start shift in early morning.

Exceptional attention to small details.

Ability to interface with chefs and provide customer service.

Proficient communication skills and willingness to ask for help/clarification when needed.

Valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record free of major infractions.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

18-years or older.

Pre-employment Background and DMV Check Required.
