3 Box truck Drivers NEEDED
Employment Type: Full-Time
Are you an experienced and reliable individual with a passion for delivering top-notch service? Our company is expanding, and we're seeking Experienced Drivers to join our team to fulfill route deliveries. Every day will be delivering to different locations, and various type of cargo, from palletized to unpalletized bulk items.
However, we have a niche and these positions will be delivering household items.
Position: Delivery Driver
Responsibilities:
Home Delivery - Norcal only
Safely load and unload using pallet jacks (electric and non-electric), lift gates, and/or manual methods
Adhere to delivery schedules
Able to unload large items manually and safely
Able to work with another driver as some routes would require a crew of 2 people
Utilize a smartphone-based app for proof of delivery (POD)
Ensure compliance with truck driving rules and regulations, as well as company policies
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Potential weekends
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a Class C truck driver
Clean driving record with no recent moving or driving violations
Home Delivery experience a plus
Adaptability to handle unexpected situations such as traffic, weather conditions, and loading/unloading challenges
Professional appearance and demeanor
Successful completion of background check
Physical fitness; ability to lift and move heavy furniture
Exceptional customer service skills
