Updike DL is looking for independent owner-operators that are experienced in home delivery in the Vacaville CA area. If you own or lease a box truck with a lift gate and have your own Motor Carrier Authority and are insured, we can offer entire daily prescheduled routes
Basic Requirements:
Clean and 26 foot box truck with a lift gate (owned or leased)
Operate as an LLC or corporation
Motor Carrier Authority and Active DOT
Two person delivery team that is willing to run over night routes in northern most parts of CA.
Smartphone or tablet
Proof of insurance w req coverage; AL,GL,CARGO,WORKMANS COMP
Experience interacting with customers
Experience delivering and assembling furniture
A great work ethic and a positive attitude!
Appliance installing a plus.
