Join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional landscape management services.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on vehicles, trailers, commercial mowers,handheld equipment, and small engine.Maintain a clean, neat, and well-organized shop.Complete maintenance and repairs safely and efficiently.Accurately record time and parts usage in company software.Order parts, supplies, and maintain inventory.Support the company’s objectives through other assigned tasks.QualificationsExperience in maintaining and repairing vehicles, trailers, and equipment.Ability to operate landscaping maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company well.Supervisory skills to oversee others working in the shop.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.Reliability and dependability.Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.CompensationHourly: $28-$42/hour depending on experienceBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401k planPaid time off (PTO) and sick daysQuarterly company partiesThis description is for informational purposes and not intended to be an all-inclusive list of responsibilities or requirements.
