RV Service Tech
RV Company seeks an individual who is looking for a job that likes to work with their hands. Need to be self motivated and able to work with limited supervision. A person who is wants to learn and is willing to learn new skills. "A Handy Man" is an ideal candidate.
List of Job Duties:
Performing a Pre-Delivery Inspection on new and used travel trailers.
Testing and repair of plumbing systems, toilets, tanks, sinks etc.; repair and/or replacement of leaking pipes.
· Inspection and repair of brake systems on pull-type RV’s and trailers.
· Diagnosis and repair of air conditioning and furnace systems.
· Removal and repair of exterior panels and structural frame components.
· Replacement and repair of roof coverings.
· RV refrigeration diagnostic work and repair.
· Service and repair of hydraulic leveling and slide out systems.
· Service and repair of LP gas appliances.
· Hitch and tow bar installation.
Successful candidate should be comfortable explaining problems and repairs to customers; assessing RV units that are brought in and creating a plan for necessary repairs; examining and testing repairs to insure completeness and proper operation; listing necessary parts and estimating required labor for repair jobs; and adhering to workplace safety rules.
Compensation consistent with experience.
